Oath isn't bugged. It just scales with level and since were not max level anymore it's not a 100% atm. It's more like a 10-15% chance now.

It's been like this for literally years... how have you guys not known this lol. Every gold farming company uses these techniques. They just do the dungeon, fly to nearest vendor, sell everything, fly back to dungeon. Super simple
