Secretive whistle - minor thingy for rogues

You can now loot Secretive whistle from pre-WoD quest line quest mobs. I got mine from the one in Nethergarde Keep. This could be intended so far - even if it was planned to be lvl 100 item. But you can also loot items that worth dingy coins from these quest mobs... and they have a fairly quick respawn time. So you can just cap your coins fastly

A little bonus + ... some quest mobs contains only greens some only blue items and some does drop only common items

Edit: must have been rng, got epic now after 8 green.

Might want to clarify - You get the whistle by pickpocketing the named mobs (Those required for the quest), who also give the items you can fence off using the whistle.

Correct. Quest mobs drops the whistle also they drop the goods that can be traded for dingy coins.

Do the coins give anything else than quests for gold?
