Farm Servant of Demidos over and over again

As most of u know, u only can loot Demidos - NPC - World of Warcraft once a day with a character. But if u have have 2 Accounts, u can loot him 2 times... or with a littlebit brain a thousand times


- So, first of all u need 2 Accounts, fully upgraded to WoD.
- Second u need 1 Level 100 Character that can solo Demidos.
- If u can get a WL that helps u to port it save u mutch time!

All other Stuff like Nuklular Bomb and so on can be used but its only a timesaver.

Lets start:

1: Log in with first Account and search for Demidos.
2: Login with the 2nd Account.
3: Account 1 inv Account 2.
5: Kill Demidos.

Thats the basics everybody know to serverdance. But...


... Let's do it over and over again.... :
Account 1: No Characters
Account 2: 1 Level 100 that can solo Demidos


1: Account 1 start with creating some level 1 Toons on different low pub Server.
2: Park your Level 100 on Account 2 near the rock to Demidos.
3: Bring all level 1 Toons to Demidos. ( Here is the part with the WL - porting is faster than any other ways. ) As i did this, i invite around 30 toons in a Raid, gave a warlock 5k Gold an port them all one by one to Demidos - No matter about the Gold, because i sell all pets.
4: Like i say: Basic Step 1

You can do it mutch faster and with a hell of profit if u do it in a team of 2 people. The fastest way is to do Steps 1 -> 3 and one person control Account 1 and one Account 2.
Until Account 2 kills Demidos Account 2 relogg on all Level 1 toons in the raid, get infight and can loot after the kill. Thats around 30 Loots every 10 Minutes.

Math says:
1 Hour = 6 * 10 Minutes
6*30 Loots = 180 * 25% pet dropchance = 45 Pets / hour...

On Blackmoore it sells for around 10.000 * 45 Pets / hour = 450.000 Gold

Sell it on different Servers and be happy with the profit

I don't think Blizzard make this Boss only lootable once a day and then they are thinking: Hey its ok that they bring a level 1 Toon that Loot all the Day long this damn Boos Yes u are right, clever game mechanics using but i think Blizz don't want it this way


BTW: u can do it with RAF too if u don't find a WL, but it isnt that simple

This is simply clever using of game mechanics.

It's not intended seeing as they have the loot limit and you're definitely not supposed to be there on several level 1 characters. Blizzards thought here is that one could only have that many characters to run Demidos with (lvl 100 characters). All exploits are clever use of mechanics, if this gets fixed: it was an exploit. And assure you, it will get fixed.

No it spawns for both but the respawntimer is between 30 min and 6 hours - thats why u have to serverdance to get the max profit

Where did you get the 25% drop rate? The drop rate according to wowhead stats is 14%, however this may be a low figure due to multiple kills in the same day.

You did not factor in the amount of time it takes to logout and rez each character. It would take 10 min. to log 30 characters to tag Demidos, then another 15 min. to rez and loot him on every character (5 min. spent rezzing and 10 min. switching characters). This does not factor in load screens.

Absolute best case scenario you would average 50 seconds per loot or 2.4 kills an hour using 30 characters. You probably have load screens which means you will be slower than this. The only way to speed this up would be to log characters on multiple accounts at the same time.

7. repeat 6 times per hour (do lvl 1s not get saved after killing and looting a rare?)

Sounds legit. In itself a decent idea, but you went a little bit over the top with the possibilities.

The 25% is a rounding from different Homepages like buffed, wowhead etc. - noonw knows the exactly droprate - just take a look at the comments
I don't know what kind of maschine u have but i have a normal one ( SD etc) and i takes me only 30 sec to relogg
And the best u don't have to tag him.. he kills u instant when u arrive from the loginscreen. The death doesn't matter... just rezz.. takes only 3 sec to cast.
The trick is to prepare everything in a way to save time later. Run 3 or 5 instances of WoW make it possible to kill with one Account and to relogg with the other. I have a simple relogg script that only starts wow, paste the data and klick Login... thats it. Doubleklick and 20sec later I'm ingame. It only saves secounds but this is your point - A small amount of secounds grown up very fast if u have mutch reloggs

BUT u are right with the level one characters - my fail! Had the problem by meself and at least my computer can only run 5 instances of WoW so most time i did it in a smaller group.

And if were are realistic.. if only two groups does it, it will destroy the price and in a flash they are on the half price as now.

@Step 7 u are right. As i say at the beginning u can only loot once a day, doesn't matter what level. So after the kill and loot I'm sorry but u have to create another 30 Level 1 Characters AND Port them...

Guys really - It's is the Math not the reality. The reality says u have to create mutch toons and if u break the whole time down to one kill / on Pet or whatever, u have the time u need. In reality we can flood the AH with 20+ Pets, but who will then buy it for that high amount? Noone, so its not only the killing - the selling itself take mutch more time then everything else :/

Yes u can get a high profit with it, but i don't say u haven''t work for it

Exploits using lowbie characters on highlvl places is intended since vanilla.

The devs know very well and they still let lowbies to travel to high level zones since... when? 10 years? It's not something that they couldn't able to fix in no time. Preventing low levels to port out of Azeroth (1-60) is as easy as pie. But they don't do it, let the community feels there are some back-stairs in the game that people consider as exploits. In this way people could feel they can reach the forbidden, subsequently people feel more freedom than intended. It's an integral part of wow's success.

However, while it looks like an exploit on the first shot, it's quite far from that. More like a business plan.

So yah, you're kinda dumb. Before calling something like this shit, get your facts straight. Yes, at first the pet is BoP when you loot it, like a lot of rare pets, but you can cage it and then sell it on the Auction house.
