Taunt without triggering cooldown (Monk)

Hey OC, first post in the exploit section and English is not my native language, so pls be gentle

I recognized, if you use (Provoke - Spell - World of Warcraft), while walking in range of your target (hit provoke slightly before you get in range), you´ll taunt the target, without triggering the CD on Provoke.
Tried with Monk, Dk and Warrior, but it just worked with Monk´s Provoke.

Hope this isn´t a repost, couldn´t find anything similar with the search-function.
