At 1 am PDT banned/inactive/frozen accounts...

Should be playable for 2(two) hours. This is going off of the thread a saw a week or so ago that people in EU could login to banned or frozen accounts because account management was down. And now US will be down from 1am tomorrow morning to 3 am. This is enough time to get on those botted, scammed, or stolen accounts and transfer the shit off of them. Good luck and God-Speed.
