Also I'm not entirely sure if this is an exploit or bug. To be honest I don't understand the difference

TLDR

Well pretty much the point of this glitch is to use Aspect of the Fox, Then the engineer item Swapblaster and while you're moving trade places with somebody in the air. So then they fall to their deaths.

yep, rogues can cast swapblaster from stealth, so you can just run close to packs or bosses and swap people to their insta death

works with mages ice floes so you can use it pretty much every time its off cooldown as well

Not an exploit, and widely known & used. There are plenty of places in dungeons to drop people to their death as well.
