Battle for Gilneas Caster / Anti Melee Spot

Hello Guys,

found a nice spot for healer/caster. Its the shining lamp, near to the Flag. I found out that you cannot get hit from melee while beeing on the highest point up there. The Strange thing is, that you can get hit with autoattack from them, but they cannot use any spells or normal attacks..

Tried to search for something like that, nothing found. Most of you ll say : Common Sense, but not everyone knows that just a small contribution from someone leeching around for some years !

Autoattack works even in otherwise invulnerable locations. It works with the same with the inaccessible location
under the WS in Isle of Conquest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ana_X2Aezsg,
also the warrior banner exploit in Temple.

It is actually possible to die from autoattack especially when you piss off the whole opposing team and they all target you.

Are warriors able to charge at you? Are you immune to deathgrip up there? Will a rogue with shadowstep remain up there or will he fall down?

Rouge´s can shadowstep you, but you just need to have the optimal position, so the fall down after steping behind you. Warriors are not able to charge you and i was only griped once by a DK where i was immun, but no guarantee for it !!

Yeah but if they cant attack any spells in theory they cant grip you but if you are immun to grip many dks have the glyph that the cooldown from grip resets how is it ? Someone tested? I climbed often up on this position but never thought that they couldn attack you ;D its very nice find so i will try it later with my lock ;D How about druids taifun? can they kick you down from this position?
