Remain logged in without AFK bot

I have found that certain critters, when taunted or silenced or caught in a stun will attack your player.
If in an instance with no other players, you will be able to remain logged in.

Your chat log will spam:
You have been inactive for some time and will be logged out. To cancel press the cancel button.

Your errors frame will spam:
You cannot log out now.

This is how you stay online at the start of expansions when there is massive realm queues for high pop realms. Go in somewhere like ragefire or stockades, let a mob hit you then just go afk.

Partial repost, but I didn't know this could be with critters. Useful for hanging around in dalaran sewers
and various other locations without readily accessible mobs. Small +rep.

Yes, but only certain ones, like Roach. Others just run away and then reset. Also works with certain Battle pets.
For example, I created a Gnome Warrior and used Throw to aggro a Fluxfire Feline. I came back like 5m later and my level 1 was almost dead.

This only works with critters that attack back, thing's like small toads, roaches, and i think most critters from Pest Control - Achievement - World of Warcraft

This has also been used for years to keep from getting sapped in AB.

It also sucks your gear's durability (slowly) by just being in combat.

All this macro does is pushing the "Cancel" button once the logout popup appears which prevent you from going offline.

Or you can use ALT+TAb when you are flying from one area to another where you get loading screen. Like when you are flying to Timeless Isle. I used that and got back after 3 hours and seen that my wow is still running in minimized window, opened it and i was stuck on that loading screen, after few sec game loaded and I was on the Isle...

I ran your macro. Nothing happened. Came back 8 hours laters, still connected. Thanks, much more convenient than this whole post.

You should have tried to log out. All this macro does is pushing the "Cancel" button once the logout popup appears which prevents you from going offline.

I knew about the combat's stuff in ragefire from ages, but this kind of script i've only head off without any will to seek about it and here it is !

Is there any indication about it ? (or things to know), and also, wich macro can stop your PLAYER_CAMPING event ?
