Yeah.. has this really not been posted before? Haha. Not only that, it's not even an exploit.
Oh yeah. This was posted back when the site was mmowned. Super old. I guess it's not really on this site yet though, aside from little stuff like THIS. (50-60 under hour!)

To further speed up things, I testes how to optimize the time for each run (as a Warlock).
What I did was I mounted up, ran in and pulled the whole room, including the General. Then I rode through the entrance as posted earlier, where the General will despawn. The adds however will continue to follow you, so you can AoE them down, mount up and rinse and repeat. From I pulled the first pack till they were all dead, I used 1 min 14 sec. 1 min 54 sec after pulling the first pack, I was back and pulling again.
Remember to get the Darkmoon Faire Hat (+10 % faction exp bonus) and the Guild Battle Standard, these do stack. With both the Hat and Standard, I netted almost 700 rep each run.
Warning: do NOT pull the whole room without the General. If you bring all the adds to the "safe zone" and kill them, without the General following and porting back, YOU will be teleported directly in front of him, in combat, after the last add is dead. The abovementioned method was the fastest one I found to decrease the time this takes.
I am at work right now, but I will provide screenshots when I come home.
Hope this was usefull.
Its been like this since aq launched. My first raid we kept on kiting the boss to the entrance and whoever died just kept running back inside. We found out the hard way, he resetted at 2%. Gj finding it now that its acually worth using for cc rep.
