Double hero (not useable in dungeons)

Enter bg. Cast TW/Bloodlust/heroism just before preparation buff expires. Wait for the
debuff to go then leave bg. You now have 40 secs of hero.

When hero expires, use a drum of rage, which has a TW-like effect. You effectively
get 120 secs of super-powers, double the normal.

The main use of this I have found is for farming tricky rare elites, especially when
under-geared.

Naturally, this is usually only useful in the world rather than instances for various
practical reasons.
