I had the same question, I'm on a horde dominated realm so it's gonna be hard to find an alliance shaman.

Censure of agony (req. to get the coins) flags you for free for all PvP, you can do it with a same faction shaman in the same party, as long he/she isn't flagged for FFA as well.

@swekidx You can attack both factions when you're in the form that allows you to get bloody coins. So you can find a horde shaman.
