Reset cooldown glitch?

I was on my mage messing around and i noticed everytime i entered hall of honor in orgimmar (place where you buy pvp honor rewards) my Frost Nova/Cone of Cold/Ice Barrier cooldown would reset everytime i entered the instance.

I think it works on any instance and maybe only with skill cooldowns under 30 seconds, but yeah i just thought it was wierd. And if anyone had any ideas how to reset all cooldowns~

Mabye every time you instance it takes 30secs off the CD? I doubt it though, but just a thought...

Each time I go into Alliance bracket part in Stormwind, my Blink cooldown resets.. Not useful or anything :/

Confirmed working with skills under 30 seconds. It didn't want to reset the CD of my Arcane Torrent (Blood Elf Racial) which is 2 minutes CD. Further testing would be cool.

The skills I tried are:

*Psychic Scream (Improved) - 26 Seconds CD --- Successful
*Fade - 30 Seconds CD --- Successful
*Power Word Shield - 4 Seconds CD --- Successful

*Arcane Torrent - 2 Minutes CD --- NOT Successful
