Kill you're self with Life tap, then at bottom life use hellfire, then you will die. Once dead run to the door, on the right side it will let you out and you can ressurect and cap flags, for a whole minute without the game starting.

This does work and has worked ever since it was discovered in about patch 1.10.
But a lot of people dont know this.

Just tested it with horde, and it works! When you are a ghost you can leave through the opening on the right side, if you are a ghost. I have not tried this with the other bgs yet, I think some of the others might work, as long as there is some kind of opening you can go through.
