Second Heroic Scenario Quest on Faction Change

The moment you hit ilvl 480 you are able to take a Quest that sends you to complete a Heroic Scenario.
After completing the Quest you get a random 516ilvl Item. If you change your faction you can do this Quest again.
I guess you can only do this once, since the Quests are given by different Questgivers and WoW doesn't check both.
