Major DPS increase Possibly Gamebreaking.

When fighting fleshcrafter Hoku on Isle of Thunder he will occasionally bring you to a corner of his room and tether you there. After you are released small bloods will spawn. if you kill them you get a stacking damage buff that lasts 30 seconds. I killed Lu-ban, the rare spawn right next to him, in 14 seconds. i bursted up to 724k dps. It stacks up to 12. Might be able to Get the stacks and kill him and get a summon to a raid boss to burst some major dps before it falls off. Sorry if its a repost. didnt see anything else about it.

2.) Every "extra buff" gets deleted on the instance loading screen (and [NO "THEORIES"], even if it works, go and test it, then post it)
3.) Where is the exploit part? It's just a working buff and there are tons of mobs/quest bosses with similar buffs in the "world"

you arent the first one trying to use that buff. but well its completly useless. Lu-Ban and that other mob who gets immun at 50% (the guy for the same quest as hoku) are the only mobs were you can use this and stacking that stuff takes as long as killing them without buff.
I tried to use that buff on nalak when i first saw it but not even that works even if its less than 10 secs away from hoku with rocketboots. outside of the platform were he is you instantly lose that buff so bringing it to nalak or even a raidboss isnt possible what makes this buff (what isnt an exploit btw) kinda pointless except for speeding up 1 daily quest that requires hoku and that other elite mob if you do hoku first.

1: 30 seconds is potentially enough to stack the buff, drop combat, run to the closest group boss (the guy with the tiles i think) and solo nuke him before the buff wears off
2: he doesnt talk about raid bosses. he states WORLD bosses.
3: exploit is that buff is meant to be used on fleshcrafter hoku, and he is taking it and using it on other things. for example, if you have a raid engage hoku and let some people stack that dps buff, then go pull nalak... just as an example.

overall your post is an L2Read issue i think.

You get a much bigger buff killing the caster guys down in the mines which stacks up to 2 minutes long. Regardless none of this is gamebreaking and intentional

You don't need raid to kill those WORLD bosses, it just make healing easier. But OP means raid boss like inside a raid instance.

They're Bosses. In the world. Instead of Bosses in a Raid.
