No reason to remove gear, you don't take durability loss and the damage is percentage based so it doesn't make any difference how much health you have.

Hmm tough it was fixed damage. NVM about removing the gear them lol.

The punch deals 10% dmg of your max hp, 20% for kick and 30% for the jump strike. Gear only scales your health but not your dmg.

Just FYI, works in raid groups, being able to do this in around 30 secs.
