lvl 35+ enchant on a lvl 1

well , I looked and didn't see this anywhere so don't flame me if it has already been post ,

it's somekind useless and not at the sametime ,

so you can get any chest enchant lvl 35+ on Simple Black Dress

- Thottbot World of Warcraft: Simple Black Dress

and you can get any boots enchant lvl35+ on Goblin Rocket Boots

- Thottbot World of Warcraft: Goblin Rocket Boots

both are cloth and require no lvl to use and are lvl 35+ item


but if you are like me and like to give a lil boost to your alt so you lvl them quicker those are nice ,,, also the chest is not bound so you can re-use it as many time as you want.

Also if you got mass gold you can have fun twinkin a lvl 1 rogue ,,, really useless I agree but fully twinked you can get him to 92.47 dodge and with Mark of the Wild 94,27 dodge and about 700 HP with Rumsey black label ( +15 stam ) ,,,, if you know how to move you should be able to kill lvl 25 ish rogue ( rogue only ) it,s fun when you are bored.

well I know all of this is kinda useless for most of you but just wanted to let peop knows incase it can help any1

Taken from the first few comments on the Thottbot link;

this boot is taught by "Goblin trainer in Gad" Even thought it states require 130 engineering to make, you need to become a goblin engineer to have access to the goblin trainer. to become a goblin trainer, you obtain the quest at lvl 35 in Ironforge. Thus, those who cannot learn this needs to become a goblin engineer first.

Nope, it doesn't say that anywhere.

And a little note bye the way, they are BoE. So even if you need a lvl req. to become Goblin Engineer, you can trade them to your twink.

Windstorm Hammer doesn't have a user level, but the item itself is level 40, which is why Mongoose can be put on it
