    Skip Tortos Scenario.

    After defeating Council, you open the door towards Tortos' room, and instead of running up onto the bridge, you just jump down, from the right side of the bridge, land on the rock heal yourself up and make the last jump.

    this is good for those who know that they'll oneshot tortos :P
