50-60 under hour!

[Mothership]

1.Head to Ahn´Qiraj 20

2. Kill first boss

3. Park your RaF toys by the wall behind the first boss

4. Head towards 2nd boss but DO NOT AGRO any of the packs in the room, sneak pass em to the right and soon you will see 2 Qiraj Gladiator named mobs guarding the doorway.

5. Kill them, they will respawn instantly as far as you DO NOT KILL 2nd BOSS.

This will give you insane RaF xp with ultra low effort. Works best as blood DK
This is okay spot to farm vanilla high lvl enchanting materials and reputation also, AoE loot soon will help alot.

It would be quicker for RaF, but I would imagine it would be fairly quick for non RaF as well. I always go there for reputation grinding for Cenarion Circle when I am feeling up to it, but I never thought of it as an XP grind since you can go in at 50. +rep from me

Also if you search for the AQ reputation grind or search what Devanh said, you will know where the exact spot is, or you can wait for the approval I guess.

I believe when Cata was released Blizzard made this a 10 man raid though, but you are right, pre-cata it was a 20 man raid, and Temple was (and still is) 40 man.

I'm pretty sure they made all the 40 man raids 25 at some point, don't remember when though. Molten Core, AQ40, and BWL.

All the 40 man raids are still 40 man (Vanilla guilds would panic if they were 25!) and yes, AQ Ruins was changed from a 20 man raid into a 10 man raid in Cata, though it is still commonly known as AQ20 because most people remember it that way.

All Vanilla raids except Naxx40 from Vanilla, which they did actually change to Naxx25. That's why you can't get T3 Plagueheart, Dreadnought, etc. except from the BMAH now.
