Dread Amber Shards in Jade Forest

Hi this is my first post and I did a little searching and did not see this but I could always be wrong.

I was helping a friend who just hit 85 and while killing the sha in the Jade Forest i started getting Dread Amber Shards.

Hopefully this helps someone and has not been posted and i over looked it.

I am pretty sure you have to be 90 to get them but i have not tested. I got 2 of them in the time it took to complete the quest to the drop rate is fairly good since you are able to 3 hit mobs out here at 90.

Um.... it has a drop chance on wowhead so its very much intended. Thanks for tryin to contrib! But i guess it's seeming a higher rate then it has on wowhead which is not odd. So maybe move to general or guides for farming these.

i dont think its intended because kalaxi is not in jade forest and just because wowhead has drop chances doesnt mean its intended because they get their info from their addon(mostly) i also noticed this while leveling my rogue

true but in my experience it seemed to be a higher drop chance so unintended drops with a higher drop chance is am exploit though i have not proof if its higher or if i was lucky

Pretty sure if you started to get golden lotus from a lvl 5 rabbit in SW, that would be an exploit. Some things don't count, but saying it as plain as you did is wrong.
