DK Conversion bug

DK conversion talent is currently bugged so you can spam it to heal yourself much faster than the 1 second a tick!

What you wanna do is just make a macro :
/cast !conversion

Now you just spam that macro and it will heal much faster as long as you spam it. it will use your runic power much faster but it's worth it

Why use conversion? Nobody needs that, way to many buttons

This is intended, and ill tell you why. because when you click it, it heals you as normaly a hot would do (ticks asap) then if you spamm that macro, it also drains runic power (the cost) twice

there was a tweet to the new pvp dev about this, when ptr was up and he said it was intended, if you give me a few minutes i could prbly find it.

I highly doubt that this is inteded! The fact that you can spam this macro and heal yourself 100k+ in 3 seconds by spamming this macro instead of having to wait about 10 seconds for the ability itself

@Dante in 5.2 conversion has been buffed big time and heals 3% of your max hp every 1 seconds. do you know how OP that is? Second wind is 3% every 3rd second and only activates below 35% hp. this buff you can keep up at any HP pool and it heals 3x more than second wind. MUCH more with this macro exploit

Think of it like spamming rejuv on yourself.

Sure, you're going to get a bursty heal instead of the heal over time effect, but you're going to lose mana quickly.

In this case, you're losing runic power.

Yeah, has some have say, it is intended: when doing this you use twice as much RP (10/s instead of 5/s) and lose all your global on this, no dps, no death strike, nothing.

It's hardly overpowered, I can gain 70% of my life back in 2 GCD with Vampiric Blood and then Raise Dead/ Death Pact macro, add in 2 death strikes and a blood tap and thats 100%, Guess it would be nice for situations where I really need that extra healing but I can't forsee it being used.

How can you use both conversion and death pact?

On the OP: it's intended and here to stay. As stated above it's a waste of GCD, RP and Avoidance (considering you can't DS). It's the same as Mistweaver Monks spamming Soothing Mists to get more Chi (1st tick at 0.0s, 2nd at 0.8s(or somewhere around there depending on haste), 3rd(recast) at 1.0s(GCD))
