Fun with macros (using japanese/korean)

So apparently since 5.2, more languages are supported by default in WoW. One of these being Japanese.
The game will now allow you to type characters from the Hiragana alphabet.


The fun part of this, is that all of the English characters you use in the same sentence will be using a different font.
Image example using: "十 Battlemaster Trinket used! 十" as opposed to regular "Battlemaster Trinket used"

You can even use the symbols that look like little people: 훗 옷

As for exploitative use, I've not tested how this translates between horde/alliance yet.
But I gets me noticed in trade chat while selling things. Though I admit, most of these are /w of "HOW U DO DAT?"

I did this for several days on the PTR, long story short I had half the realm ignoring me by the time I was done and several amusing reactions.

wow .. were using the sings the OP posted "十 훗 옷" in /2 and everybody was like "reported ban inc" and ignored me

I wonder why they reacted like that and if there is a chance to get banned for using these to highlight your posts in /2 while spamming your macro

are they jealous because they don't know how to do it or what should I think of that?

A friend of mine was banned for name "Hitlerx", gm caught him ingame and notified about 3 hr ban, my friend started to claim that "hitler did nothing wrong and he was a brilliant painter" and gm changed his ban to 3 days for nazi stuff. Don't mess with hitler stuff or at least don't try to stupidly troll gms!
