How to get 2 talents on the same level at once (2x lvl 30 talents etc)

As you can see in the picture, im below 35% and I got my Second Wind up (notice that I do NOT have the Second Wind talent, but the Impending Victory one)

You can also see that my Impending Victory is on a 4 second CD prooving that thats the active talent.

How did I manage to do this?

To be honest, im not 100% sure, BUT what I know, is that I was in an arena match, with the talents you currently see on my tree. And while we waited for the round to start, I respecced to Second Wind, and before we lost, I left the match.

I went to ICC shortly after, with the talents you see on the picture, and I noticed when I got below 35%, my Second Wind procced.

TL;DR - Respecc from Impending Victory to Second Wind while waiting for Arena to start, and then leave after its started.


Note: I've only tested with respeccing from On-use talents to a passive talent as a warrior, so I can not confirm for any other class, so I would appreciate if anyone else could do so

Pfft, and why should everyone else be deprived of this exploit just because some people are greedy and don't want to share. The whole elite section thing is just stupid in itself. The person posting this can just repost it on another site if he wants it to be free to see for everyone anyway..

If there is something that you think should only available in elite then you should let the members of elite post it there for themselves. Or let people post there and then become a member if you deem the exploit 'worthy' or whatever..

Tested on balance druid, didnt work. Changed from NV to hotw, and tried to change from incarnation to sotf.

Still doesn't make sense to take someone's discovery that they put out for free for all to read and then to take it away and put a price on it. It's just disgusting Once it's been in the normal forums it's gonna spread to other forums anyway and also it's not like ownedcore is the only place where new exploits etc come up.. it's gonna get 'burnt out' anyway when people use after they see it on other forums..

It's just a disgusting and rotten system all in all and I think it's a screwed up way to try to get donations. I'll definitely not hesitate to share anything put up here if it gets moved to elite. I'll still easily be able to share it with friends and post it elsewhere unless of course this stuff starts out in elite..

Probably something to do with passive talents, as second wind is passive and people attempting this with cast talents aren't seeing any results.

Couldnt reproduce it on SP, tried out with passive and CD Talents. Do you leave directly after the match has started? Or do you leave in combat?

This isn't "New" in any way, There's been threads about a Rogue's use of this method since mop came out, frankly it works for any passive/active talents, just like such explained in the OP. Thanks for sharing, but =p there's a few non-elite and a few elite threads regarding this already.
