The creature you'll be looking for is "Battle Goat" Battle Goat - NPC - World of Warcraft

If you hearth the hozen will stay. But if you port anywhere you lose the hozen.

You may be able to stable it and retrieve in different cities although i'm not sure I haven't tried

Just something to play around with if bored ;p

like the killing method or something, cuz its no buff :/

This is sort of useless, because when you mount up or do anything that makes your pet despawn (switch pet, put it in stables, etc.), you lose the rider forever. The only way to keep it on the goat is to ALWAYS use this pet, without ever getting on a flying mount
