Using the Arena Queue to Reset Item CD's (Like the Hardened Shell, or Engineer Items)

For those who love WPvP and enjoy dismounting people to their death, or use the engineering items to mess with people but hate the long cd's - there is a fast and easy way to reset them.

What you'll need to do is, be in a party with someone else who is also in an arena team with you.

All you need to do is queue for an arena. When the queue pops, accept the queue and enter the arena, then then leave it as soon as you get in. This will reset the CD's for any player(s) who accept the arena queue who then teleport out. For the other player(s) in the party who do not need to have their CD's reset - they are not required to accept the queue, they can just stay out.

A few CD's that are cleared via the arena queue are:
Hardened Shell (15 min CD)
Goblin Glider (5 min CD)
Nitro Boots (3 min CD)

Be warned, if you are about your arena rating, this will lower your rating. If you don't care about your rating (like me) then this is an easy way to keep resetting the CD's
