New bug with achievements on alts

Hey, looks like the Challenge Mode Bug is back.
Well, not exactly since you dont get the Challenge Mode Achievements, but some other Achievements.

*If you dont know how the Challenge Mode Bug did work:
Just enter any Instance/Scenario/Battleground and you'll gain some Achievements from you Main on youraAlt.

Sofar I did earn:
*Loremaster including Tabard on an alt.
*Taming the World including the Safari Hat on an alt.

not sure about lormaster but taming the world + safari hat on all is intended

You can get tabard of the achiever/loremaster/explorer and maybe others? At the tabard vendor on any alt, it is not intended that you get the achivement though.

The tabard has been at the vendor since mop hit, for some reason if you have loremaster, all your alts have the 'i lost my tabard option' and can receive one.

wish it worked with others, could do with the ab exalted one shared.
