Frost Bomb 2x dmg

Basically, with glyph of fire blast, you can do duplicate the dmg of frost bomb.
You need to fire blast in the end of the cast, at same time it would explode on the target and it does double dmg.

Seems like you can do this only on another mage with mage armor up. Can't get it to work on anything else (or mage without mage armor)
