Blood DK infinite self heals.

What it does:
This bug enables Blood DKs to emit massive(+100k Hps) self heals through use of a level 85 weapon.

How it's caused:
Souldrinker(level 85 weapon) can proc off the DK talent "Rolling blood".
The more 'mobs' your rolling blood talent spreads to, causes the weapon to have a chance to proc on 1 or all of them.

Say I have 100 mobs on me >> I outbreak diseases on one > Then blood boil spam.
The souldrinker will proc at least 15 times per blood boil. Causing around 15-30k self heals(Depends on HP/Vamp Blood) to a total of about 300k healing. Weapon enchants also proc like crazy if they don't have an ICD.

Note the diseases were applied a bit late, so the souldrinker wasn't proccing from the blood boils until around 00:31.

I discovered this by myself a few weeks ago, and I don't know anyone else who does it.

You can actually solo 25 man packs of trash in HoF, only certain packs though. With Chillbains ofc.

Nice find, This should be interesting, have you tried to solo the first trash in heart of fear, there are a lot of mobs and you'll probably get a lot of healing (and you could probably have som nice dps in your group to get them down faster if you aren't killing that fast with a 85 weapon :P (noticed I was some minute to late about the HoF part xD)

Don't worry, you do about 150k DPS for around 25 mobs. Due to vengance scaling.

Anyway, Frost Fever and Blood Plague do all the damage, even in large pulls with a healer.

As for best enchants to use, The DK one Fallen Crusader is a small Self heal with a slight Strength increase, also Windsong is insane with it's 100% uptime of Haste/Mastery/Crit. 4.5k secondary stats are nice.

Let me fill in some side info about this:

This has been working since Pre-patch. Gurthalak was also broken in the same way in which it would proc many tentacles if you used Unholy Blight/Rolling Blood. Gurth, was however fixed. This is actually working as intended, but "not" at the same time. UB/RB cause this issue because they are multi-striking instant attacks that do many multiple hits. Thus, unholy blight was nerfed.
Mione has been using 2x SD for soloing anything that has too high of a healing requirement, because of said thing. The issue is, souldrinkers only have use vs lots of monsters, or fights where you only need to survive vs dps race.

Also, do not enchant your weapons with anything else as people said in this. Lol. Fallen Crusader + Fallen Crusader if you're really that desperate.
