Easy waybtp do it before picture comes up.

Stand with back to pillar hugging on middle left pillar.
You get punched but don't move easy done.

As a druid, I was able to get the achievement just by staying above the blades. I was in the range to get the timer but out of range of anything that can hit me. Fire part of the achievement is a bit harder than this part.
