Weird bug

First i want to say this is not a theory because it happened to me some times ago but i didn't had time to do some research.
Now to talk about what happened, today i decided to level my lowbie and started honorbuddy (i was in stormwind first) and as soon as i started the profile, i got the loot window ingame (as i was looting a corpse) with some silvers in it. even if i have auto loot my client wouldn't autoloot that coins soo i manualy looted about 6 silvers or something, the weird thing is that i just opened wow and i was in the city soo i haven't killed any moob or w/e, then i logged on a 87 char started honorbuddy and i got the same thing but now with about 1 gold in the loot window. i haven't been involved in retail exploiting but my guess is that honorbuddy uses some kind of lua script for looting but what was he looting? nothing? the exploit could be to loot countless times, does anyone have any idea?
