Instant Amani Outrider respawns for Rogue's.

On the Isle or Reckoning (Most north point of Kun-Lai Summit) you can find multiple "Gurubashi Riding Raptor" with an "Amani Outrider" on it's back.

Sap the Riding Raptor, pickpockter and kill the Amani Outrider. As soon as the outrider is killed, go into stealth.
This will cause another Amani Outrider to spawn on the back of the raptor and the raptor comes out of sap.
Just sap the raptor again and pickpocket and kill the outrider, rince repeat.

I was doing the quest "Prophet Khar'zul" when I found this, but even after completing the quest it still worked.
