Easy Golden Lotus daily, "Survival Ring: Blades" (For Monks)

Hey, I'm new here and I decided that I'd try to share something that I recently discovered while doing Golden Lotus dailies.
I currently play a 90 Monk and it seems as if Blizzard did not analyze many of the flaws/potential bugs of the Zen Flight glyph.
For the daily "Survival Ring:Blades" you're forced to run through a series of spinning blades while NPCS run past you and push you towards them.
However, as a monk, using Zen Flight in the middle of the survival ring gives quest credit for the whole 90 seconds as long as you are hovering above
    the ring.
Not sure if this is a repost, but I hope it helps you fellow monks complete your dailies a little bit faster!

If you stand far enough back on one of the poles around the outside this also works. You will not be hit by blades or Pandas but the timer will still go up. Not sure if all of the poles are usable in this way, The most south-eastern I generally use okay.

First: if you did anything that gets you hurt, including fighting 20 trainers before reaching the ring it will affect the achievement. Go directly to the blade or fire ring first, then when the 90 seconds is up and you leave, don't go over the area as it may reset and go directly to the quest npc to turn it in for achievement.

For the fire part, (druid and monk) you just got to keep moving a bit as the fire can fly up high. I just tapped the strafe key once every second while turning to keep myself within the area.
