451% Swim speed underwater!

Stumpled upon this exploit today, I have no clue wether it's usable outside Vashj'ir or not, but it does require two things, as far as I currently know. To start off with you will need the buff Sea Legs, which basically allows you to breathe, as well as run faster, underwater. I know that Sea Legs is a buff for Vashj'ir only, but some places in MoP share the ability. The second thing is a Cloud Serpent mount. I don't know if it works with any other MoP flying mounts, since I don't have anyone yet, but I believe the bug itself is rooted in a seperate flying skill for Cloud Serpents. It does, however, not work with regular/Cataclysm mounts.

What you do after getting the things you need, is that you get to the sea floor and mount up, then feel free to swim away! Perfect for underwater herbing!

Will perhaps check if it's usable elsewhere, but If someone else does it, please write it down here. Thanks!

This bug works in MOP.

I quested in Dread Wastes at the angler base. With the Cloud Serpent mount i could ride underwater as fast as in the air.

I can't mount my cloud serpent in vashj'ir, and when I mount it above water it demounts as soon as I go under.

Not sure this is a bug. In cata you were able/supposed to use mounts on seabed with this buff.
Working as intended IMO.

You have to mount it under water, on the sea floor.

It is! In cata you weren't able to use flying mounts beneath the water, and especially not while getting flying mount speed. Also, if you do as I say, and get your speed up, flying up and into the water again will slow you down, as well as accidently flying into something below water, which shows that it's not intended.
