Titles says it all.
Turtles used to complete the quest "The Meat They'll Eat" does instantly respawn on my server currently.
Intended or not this does have potential.

they dont instant respawn. i pull every turtle there and they dont come back nearly as fast.

all of theese "instant respawn" threads are from people who does not understand how blizzards mob system works - respawn rates are affected by zone population; ie a ton of levelers in the sub zone => crazy fast respawns, alone in sub zone => normal respawn.

yeah they definitely arent instant. if there is 50 ppl questing around you then a shitload spawn and you're just taking them all but even if there is alot of people it isnt that crazy.
