Batfarming: A lot of XP from 87 - 90 very easy and fast

Me and my friends did this 4 man and we all got level 90 same day as release -

Step 1: Get to the dungeon mogu'shan palace (we queued and then kicked the last person after first boss)

Step 2: Kill the first boss, and go down stairs

Step 3: when you are just coming down the stairs the first room you will enter there is a pack of mobs kill them and then in the room you will notice a lot of bats keep flying in the air.

Step 4: have ur ranged dps pull them down and AoE them down (If you have a guild standard put it down)

thats basicly it, just sit there ranged pull the bats down tank them and aoe them - i did this with a SP for semi healing - a mage to ice lance the bats to get them down quick - a Druid tank (he actually left and we did it 3man for the last level) and a fury warrior to aoe the bats down.

just tested in a lfg. I was getting 3.7k per kill and the mobs were kinda wavy, ie not entirely constant. While the waves were hitting hard there were a lot of mobs really quick.

As a warrior, put down mocking banner whenever you can, it auto pulls all the bats if you use it on the stairs, also if you are on the stairs where the bats come out of, some aoe will pull new bats. I would need to test more, but looks like it could be nice.

sadly, as mentioned somewhat, you cant do this after second or later boss is dead, as the bats no longer come, has to be after the first.

No loot, dont imagine skinning, but cant 100% it.

I did about a 2hour session and i have the stats

group: prot warr, ret pal, ele sham, afflic lock, spriest.
i think every class has a way to keep themselves up and about 80% of the time the mobs are on tank which takes almost no damage and get unlimited victory rush procs, literally cannot die.
demo lock with the drain life on all targets thing is HUGE, it makes the pulls possible. without that its very difficult to pull as many as you need. Maybe a hunter multishotting only, but even that takes targeting.

so each mob is 3.7k experience, over ~2 hours i averaged right on the spot 6.3 million exp/hour. so 3ish hours a level, i believe. There is room for improvement

The ideal group,prot warr, lock with the spread drain life x2, Bm hunter, ele sham, or maybe mage (with nether tempest). Pretty much two locks and any aoe class.

Here is a pic of the aftermath, this is just our farming, the two lowbies are people that joined after two left and we stopped grinding.
