This is NOT a repost. Blueice, all of those old methods have been fixed. I appreciate you pulling out my thread, but he deserves credit for finding a 100% effective method on a new spider.

@Lovestotwink Every single method ever posted to do that has been fixed, so if you have another new way to do it that works 100% of the time I'd encourage you to post that as well. Not to say that the old methods NEVER work, but it's very rare and very random in my exp.

This is actually a lot easier to execute than the original method. That said, I'm not sure what you can
do with it apart from grief ogri. People attack the spider, the spider doesn't die, people attack the spider
again...fun for two minutes.

The spider does not seem to follow you everywhere on Kalimdor. Porting to Theramore.lost it.

There are 2 ways to kill the spider:
1) Hunter's AoE Trap
2) Mage's Flamestrike

@Sweking Yeah I've tried multiple other methods, besides this one, on most of the other spiders and have only found this one to work 100% of the time.

@Aegean Ty for supporting the post. I figured there would be a few nay-sayers and I expect that will keep them at bay.

@Advanta As with most exploits, over time they are refined and simplified after the initial discovery. However that of course wouldn't be possible without the original find, which is why IV is given credit. As with the original Spider Exploit, after you take a portal somewhere on the continent it takes some time for the spider to relocate you. Same with logging in after being logged out for awhile, it's not instant, but he will pop back up eventually. As far as this being "fun for 2 mins," that's your opinion. IMO it's a lot of fun, and there's about 8 pages of text in the original thread that agree.

Clearly Advanta doesn't get what the spider is all about, which is nothing but mischief heh. Oh and the reason this is even possible, Advanta, is because of the crazy small reset distance they put on the spiders to fix the original, obviously if it were as easy to kite it 8 feet away we would have posted that method instead of telling ppl to kite him out of the entire zone lol. Anyways well done again Placebo!
