• Buy some [Potion of Illusion]s from the Auction House - Potion of Illusion - Item - World of Warcraft
• Find a Worgen then ask them to use [Two Forms] and go into their human form also you might want to ask them to get naked. - Two Forms - Spell - World of Warcraft
• Use the [Potion of Illusion] on them.
• ???
• Now people will wtf at your ugly face.

I have not yet tried this on male worgens to male worgens. I would love to see a picture of that
