240 Apexis Shard = 1-2 void crystals with disenchanting

Hi, this is a simple exploit I discovered when wanting to buy the Vortex Walking Boots (Reputation reward from Ogri'la vendors) for my warriors however got a new pair from Nightbane the next day and to my surpise, I could shard the faction bought rewards

First of all the requirements to do this exploit:

1. Have a flying mount with normal flying skill training
2. Be exalted with Ogri'la
3. Have a supply of atleast 240 Apexis crystals (Should have thousands if been saving since neutral -> exalted and not blown on dragons summoning.)
4. Have atleast 300 enchanting skill

Okay, now if you meet these requirements this is the plan:

1. You need to turn 140 of these Apexis shards into 4 Apexis crystals, this is done by using the demon forge camp bosses, it is recommended you do these with friends or to make sure nobody needs the crystals that drop 100% of the time from these bosses but take 35 shards to summon per go.

2. Repeat the summoning process until you have 4 crystals.

3. Go to the quartermaster in Ogri'la, buy the Vortex walking boots and enjoy a rain of void crystals (I am not sure if other rewards can be sharded, if they can then please share the experience )

4. Sell / use your free void crystals, finally something out of all those shards, quite frankly I was chuffed to find in my bag 14 void crystals from a huge stack of useless shards (more chuffed when I AH'ed them!).

My apologises if this as been found before, I ran a search and found no matches and I thank this great community in which people contribute to make WoW a more pleasant experience.

Nice job, hopefully the void crystals will become a tad bit more useful than they are now.

Actualy you dont realy need to form a party. I (holy priest) grinded them with a feral druid. He just go kitty and i easily healed him up without going oom(took about 4 min to take him down). Every time i get stunned from that yellow thingy he just goes bear and takes close to no dmg. So if youre a healing class try this out with a feral druid friend(and if youre a feral druid fix a healer). Note: where both good geared (multiple tier 5 items).

Tip: If the healer does have mana problems buy those mana potions for 1 apexis shard at the Ogri'la Quartermaster
