[Mop Beta] Extremely fast EXP grind. (85+)

I didn't see any post about this here, so decided to post one!

EDIT: Not sure if it's really an exploit but it sure seemed like the most fitting section to post in.

What you wan't to do is go too Valley of the Four Winds. (Don't worry if you're only 85, it is not going to be any quests or any other requirement.)
Okay so, travel to Valley of the Four Winds and go to the "Singing Marshes". (See picture below.)


And the mob you wan't to kill is called Emperor Tern. (See picture below.)


They sit in packs ontop of big rocks of about 3-5 mobs per pack. They have 69k hp which is easy AOE and they give a good amount of EXP.
86-87 with this method should take about 1,5 - 2 hours.

So it's a good grind if you don't wan't to quest! (Although i'd suggest questing since this is beta and things are supposed to get tested!)

yea this was sick. i leveled my lock from 86-87 in about 2 hours. All i did was find a pack, hit harvest life and pull anywhere from 2-7 mobs in and the xp came pouring in.

This spot is ridiculous as a boomkin.

I chose moonbeast / stampeding roar glyph for easy kiting/healing. The mushrooms, typhoon, the vortex spell are all insanely op for this. I managed to get 85-86 in half an hour(rested xp ofc) and i got to 60% of the way through 86 in about 1hr

its funny you say that. the warlock that got world first lvl 80 did this. HE found a spot in beta, it was @ the Drakil'jin Ruins in grizzly hills. There were those ghost troll mobs and they were the same way, low hp and gave good xp. He farmed them from 70-80. It was quickly fixed, i dont think they took his 80 away either.

I got 100k exp x mob in temple of the jade serpent, i grab it to my with a range skill and when killed they gives 100k (one) , they have only 100-200k life, i got level 86 in 17 min

couldnt find any more quests at 89, was stuck at halfway to 90. this brought me to 90 in about 30 minutes. this is one of the few posts that I think is worthy of +rep.

Unfortunately, the place is flooded with horde priests just afking with the aoe damage exploit. Fortunately for me though, i found a rock they werent aoeing.

No offence and not flaming or talking shit, but why don't people hold on to these untill MoP release it may be awhile but it mightn't get fixed this way
