[How-To] How to avoid RaF country restrictions!

Hello guys, I have been a member for quite a while now, and I think it is my time to give something back to the community!

I searched for half an hour but didn't find any threads about this.

The reason for this small guide, is that I live in one of those countries where RaF is NOT allowed, which sucks big time. And I have heard alot of players complain about this, myself included.
And recently I found the solution, that for some reason has become avaible after the Battle.net merge.

Back in the days, we couldn't really change our contact info, and therefore we were locked to the address, we typed in years ago.
But with the battle.net merge, this changed, you can now change your country, and therefore be able to use RaF, just as anyone else!
I do not know if this is intended, but I defo' don't think so!

So what you do is:
1. Log on to your B.net account(obviuosly).
2. Look under "My Profile".
3. Click on change Contact info.
4. Click on Edit in the green box.
5. Change your country to ie. Sweden(Here RaF is allowed).
6. Accept the ToUA and the Chat agreement.
7. Click submit.

You are now able to recruit your friends, and get the same awsome bonusses as the rest of the world.

Maybe some of you already know this, but I bet some people don't, and will benefit from this.

Forgot to mention, that his ofcourse works with "Ressurrect a friend" too.

Its a legal thing, I think some countries forbid that you tempt people to recruit friends, with ingame rewards

It's not allowed in Denmark because of our laws regarding Pyramid Schemes. RaF can be seen as such - or rather - it's in a grey area, and therefore Blizzard wont take any chances.

Not everything is common sense, just because you know it. And changing your country has never before been allowed, and you even call your own post an exploit, so how exactly can this be common sense. We are a community, that shares knowledge. Theres already a few who didn't know and have benifited from MY post. If I have helped one guy out with this post, then I think it has been worth it...
