Accept quest in twilight highlands, hearth to home city, port to uldum, fly to Tanaris.

Talk to the guy for arena quests in tanaris and it will summon a lvl 47 noob guy then u kill him and get credit for amphitheatre of anguish quest.

rinse and repeat til finished.

Sorry if I've missed something but don't you need to do some quests before you can even teleport to uldum?

Do you mean The Champion of Anguish - Quest - World of Warcraft or The Crucible of Carnage: The Bloodeye Bruiser! - Quest - World of Warcraft because you say Twilight Highlands and I didn't think anyone forget that it's appreviated COC!

I mis-typed. i was referring to the amphitheatre of anguish quests in Northrend. If you go here with your failed AoA quest and do the quest in the ring in Gadgetzan , Tanaris. It will give you credit for the AoA quest in Northrend.

and you dont need the portal to uldum to get to tanaris by the way...............

Go to Dalaran, take the portal to Caverns of Time.
