2. Logout
3. at 1 second left, right click horde/alliance symbol and leave tol barad
4. log back in, you will now be alive with full health and mana

In vanilla you could time it so you logged out right as your spirit released, meaning you'd get turned into a ghost but before you could port to the GY you'd logout. When you logged back in you'd be right on top of your body and could rez. Nice find +rep
