No, but according to Blizzard you can get banned for exploiting.

According to Blizzard you can get banned for anything, as your account is their property they do not even need to give you a reason to ban it.

Exploiting is abusing and taking advantage of bugs and glitches.
This no way does give you an unfair advantage of any kind so it definitely belongs to exploration.
