at the pack of hell hounds, not far from the entrance there's an NPC thats labelled as dead, but can be killed

name of NPC is Flamewaker Trapper

it gives 15-17 rep and has a chance at dropping epics. zone out, reset, repeat

there's also a 'dead' scorpion, near the lava pit getting eaten by turtles. you can kill that too for a chance at epics, but doesnt give rep.

not much, but still extra rep.

the hell hounds dont aggro when you attack it, just dont send in any pets

how do you get the loot then?

have to a class like hunter/mage, or have someone else with you to mount up and aggro them while you loot it

Just use master looter with epic treshold. If the "master looter: yourname" pops on corpse's tooltip, an epic has dropped.

i went and tried it and its not really practical with all the adds running around and how slow it is

THey are right on the part of the map that is written "The molten fields", on the bottom side of the river.
