Dragonmaw Nether Drake Mount

I'm not 100% sure if this is a repost or not. Didn't seem to be one so here it goes. I was doing the Netherwing quests over in Shadowmoon Valley and I logged for the night. When I logged back in the next day, still in my Dragonmaw costume on the Nether Drake mount that is transforms you in, I started to fly back to check if the Rare Spawn I was farming was up. As I flew away from Netherwing ledge I ended up keeping the Dragonmaw Nether Drake mount but i got re-transformed back into my original undead self. I then proceeded to head to Shattrah and use the port to Orgrimmar. I still had the Dragonmaw Nether Drake mount as my mount but not anywhere which I could remount with. Doing this gave me a unobtainable mount. I haven't tried replicating this yet but I was wondering if anyone could go and try this.

TL;DR -

1. Go to Netherwing ledge.
2. Log out in your Dragonmaw orc costume with your Nether Drake mount (Should be Dragonmaw Nether Drake buff)
3. Log back in and fly away from netherwing ledge.
4. You then should have the Dragonmaw Nether Drake mount while non-dragonmaw orc.

I've been doing this for a long time on my 70 grinding Neatherwing rep (I'm bored, yes).
I don't have to logout, I just get the costume, and fly away again, I keep the mount and not the costume

Ah sweet. I think I've seen this before, but +rep for reminding me.

You don't need to relog to keep the buff, just getting the drake, putting a buff on yourself (casting Horn of Winter/Arcane Intellect/whatever), and leaving should keep the drake.

I used to do this during BC days :P

You don't get the costume just keep the dragonmaw mount when u relog in netherwing ledge as a visual.
