2% more EXP on some quests

Hello together,

I've found a new litte exploit, that gives you 2% more exp on some quests. It requires that you have done the questchain from Fionas Caravan in the eastern plaguelands.
If you have done this, you can get a buff with the name "Argus Diary", if you click on the caravan.
Now, when you have this buff, you'll get 2% more exp in the eastern plaguelands, wich are intended to help you a little bit while you are questing there.

But I've found out, that it doesn't work only for the mobs and quests from there. You can do other quests wich can be ended everywhere, like some dungeonquests or items like this :Broken Serpent Figurine - Quest - World of Warcraft there and you'll get the 2% too.

I don't think this is intended, and even if it is not much, it can help you. It's better for DKs, because they can port themselves there, so port yourself to the acherus and end your quests there when you have the buffs.
Not the greatest exploit, but I think some people can use this.

Measly 2% experience, even if it works. You'd spend more time traveling there and back to whereever you needed to go than just killing an additional mob.

Maybe an exploit, but a very insignificant one.

Might actually be really cool for DK's.
Especally in the next expansion, if you want to level up really fast just have alot of quests that can be completed from anywhere, and do that in epl
