i recently found this glitch
all you need to do is:
get to the endboss
put your teleporter infront of the door
fight him until he is in his last phase (30% or something)
then he wil let everyone be able to fly
teleport out
have fun exploring instanced quel danas and sunwell

if the boss dies while you fly you keep the buff
