Just queue for random, or whatever bg you want.. Close wow and reopen, should quickly pop.

If your alliance im sure this doesnt matter

and i guess the join queue/leave queue/join queue/leave queue method is probably faster
just throwin it out there though.

Yah pretty much, just another way of doing it except you dont auctially leave queue. Maybe they'll fix one way and youll still be able to do it the other, who knows. Blizz works in mysterious ways.
