Theres is currently a item obtainable from the quest The Downfall of Marl Wormthorn - Quest - World of Warcraft In the Blasted Lands Called Demoniac Vessel - Item - World of Warcraft.

This item has no GCD and is a click to cast spell (Green Circle placement). If spammed, it may DC people with crappy computers.
