You could for example use it to do Valithria easily, heal your factionleader in a raid etc. It heals for 20% of the NPCs health.

The total amount healed depends on the character's level and is increased by either ~110% of the caster's attack power (22% per tick) or ~188.5% of the caster's spell power (~37.7% per tick), whichever bonus is higher.

Well, it works as intended, I see no reason why to "hotfix" it.

If it does work on vali, then it will be fixed on npcs, but on players I doubt it.

The glyph of dispel magic which healed for 3% of the targets max health was fixed pretty fast for that fight. If it does work then i'd guess it would too.

I think its fixed cause I only healed SW king for around 11k
